Investment Philosophy
The Allegiance Investment Philosophy is born of our long combined experience in commercial real estate investing. We have an experienced and varied skilled set that allows us to craft unique solutions to commercial real estate financing transactions.
We value principal protection as much as, and frequently more than, investment return. This Philosophy led us to the ground lease and net lease areas of real estate investment as they each offer reasonable returns at lower risk profiles.
We continue to evaluate opportunities related to these core areas, in search of investments that offer attractive returns at reasonable risk levels.
