    Allegiance Investment Advisors LLC provided $22,624,470 in tenant improvement financing to Duke Realty Capitol Square.

    New York, December 10, 2009 - Allegiance Investment Advisors, LLC (Allegiance) provided $22,624,470 in tenant improvement financing in connection with the lease to Kraft Foods of Rickenbacker 936, a 937,308 square foot warehouse/distribution building developed by Duke Realty Capitol Square (DRCS), a joint venture between Duke Construction Limited Partnership and Capitol Square Ltd. Working closely with DRCS and its advisor RKM Capital, Allegiance structured its tenant improvement financing to optimally synchronize with the underlying space lease requirements in order to provide Kraft Foods Global Inc. with turn-key state of the art distribution facility tailored to its unique business requirements while achieving the lowest overall occupancy costs in comparison to competitive offerings in the market.
