Craig E. Eastmond

Craig was a Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Allegiance Partners. He managed the underwriting, structuring and pricing of all transactions. Mr. Eastmond was a Senior Vice President with Deutsche Banc Mortgage Capital, where he headed the Northeast Region Team of bankers, underwriters and attorneys responsible for originating, underwriting and closing permanent and bridge loans. He joined Deutsche from Teleres, a real estate information technology company jointly owned by Dow Jones and Aegon, where his clients included Deloitte & Touche, NationsBank, First Union and Prudential Real Estate.
Prior to joining Teleres, Mr. Eastmond was a senior associate within the Financial Services and Capital Markets practice of EY\Kenneth Leventhal's Real Estate Group, where he underwrote and analytically modeled real estate properties, commercial loans and portfolios in connection with bulk sales, securitizations and IPOs, in addition to designing and supervising, workout, due diligence and feasibility engagements. Clients included Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase and GE Capital. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eastmond was an international tax accountant with Citibank specializing in derivative currency transactions and hedging strategies.
He holds a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College and served in the United States Marine Corps.
